RSS Guard Portable is available for immediate download from the RSS Guard Portable homepage. And it's in Format, so it automatically works with the Platform including the Menu and Backup Utility. It supports upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. RSS Guard Portable is packaged in a Installer so it will automatically detect an existing installation when your drive is plugged in. RSS Guard is simple RSS/ATOM feed reader which can work with RSS/ATOM/JSON feeds and also supports many online feed services including Tiny Tiny RSS, Inoreader (via Google Reader API plugin), Nextcloud News, Gmail, FreshRSS (via Google Reader API plugin), The Old Reader (via Google Reader API plugin), Bazqux (via Google Reader API plugin), Reedah (via Google Reader API plugin), and Feedly. Update automatically or install from the portable app store in the Platform. And it's open source and completely free. It's packaged in Format so it can easily integrate with the Platform. After a transition interval of a few weeks, the old point version binaries are moved to the vault. RSS Guard is a standalone RSS/ATOM feed reader with support for a variety of services. Once a new point release is issued (say: 6.3, following 6.2), no further source packages (from which updates can be built) are released for the earlier version and therefore CentOS is no longer able to produce security or other updates.
